Good Morning.
You need to be aware that the Missouri Bar's Criminal Law Committee is proposing some major revisions in Missouri's Criminal Code. I haven't seen them yet.
Missouri's criminal code needs revision and consistent application by prosecutors and judges because of how they are inconsistently applied by both in Northwest Missouri where I primarily practice.
I'll keep you posted on these changes and how they might affect our ciminal justice system.
